Delivery
Our average despatch time for posters & prints is 3 working days. We attempt to arrange delivery of your goods as soon as possible but please allow 7 -14 days for delivery. Canvas prints, special products & international orders will most likely take a little longer.

Standard UK Print Orders
Items delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier, will require a signature. Our standard service uses 1st class Royal Mail and does not require a signature. Where available you may select the delivery service of your choice at the checkout.

International Orders
International orders will where possible be despatched direct from our printers, in an effort to improve delivery service to you. Where applicable we may choose to use a printers located in the country of delivery.

"Posters Wales" retains the right to refuse an order. Typical reasons would be that it is impractical to despatch goods to the required location. In such cases a full refund will be given.

Due to the nature of our products, "Posters Wales" do not accept any returns or exchanges; be assured that you will receive a brand new product.

Payment & Processing
Print / Online Orders
Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal / Credit Card. As soon as we have received cleared funds, we will start work on your order.
The thumbnails on our site may not reflect the full quality of the final output; before printing we carefully review & enhance each image so that you can receive the best image possible.
Cropping & processing will be undertaken, as necessary, to fulfil your desired print format.

By using PayPal to process your purchase, we never receive or consequently store your card details. This provides you with a high level of security.
